Graft to Your Soul

My friend wanted me to design a Soul Edge tattoo for him and this is what I came up with. Just your basic Soul Edge, really, but with veins coming out of it. They were supposed to make it look like it was connected to his skin. Unfortuneately, he never got the tattoo. Oh, well. Hand drawn, inked, scanned and colored with Fireworks.
